The teams are focused on transforming operations through technology and analytics.We are currently looking for a dynamic individual to join us as a Project Manager in Bangalore.Reporting to the Senior Manager, the Project Manager will lead the execution of multi-phase, high-impact global data projects, focusing on analyzing Customer and Consumer sentiments across various platforms. The role involves acting as the Scrum Master to ensure Agile best practices are followed, managing sprints effectively, and coordinating across Data Science, Visualization, Engineering, and Functional teams. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring on-time delivery of project milestones, managing complexity, stakeholder communication, and risk mitigation.Key tasks and accountabilities include serving as the Scrum Master for the project, creating and maintaining project documentation, facilitating cross-functional team collaboration, communicating project progress to leadership and stakeholders, identifying and removing impediments affecting team velocity, and ensuring alignment with business priorities and timelines.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields, along with Scrum Master certification (CSM/PSM) preferred. They should have at least 8+ years of project/program management experience, with a minimum of 4 years in Agile environments. Experience in managing cross-functional data/tech teams, working with Data Science and BI teams, and managing global projects with multiple stakeholders is desired.
