Qualifications

To support our expanding project pipeline in the ASEAN region, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager based in Singapore to take charge of high-value furniture implementation projects across regional markets.

Key Responsibilities

As a Project Manager (ASEAN Market), you will be responsible for delivering exceptional project execution across Southeast Asia. You will serve as a vital bridge between our clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders.

Your scope will include:

  • Manage full-cycle furniture project delivery – from contract award, technical validation, and production coordination to delivery and installation
  • Handle regional project portfolios (e.g., Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines) ensuring on-time and on-budget execution
  • Liaise with architects, designers, general contractors, and end clients to ensure alignment with project goals and design intent
  • Coordinate with Sunon’s factories and logistics teams on production schedules and shipping timelines
  • Oversee on-site installation works, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and technical standards
  • Identify and resolve project risks, site issues, or logistical challenges proactively
  • Prepare project progress reports, cost summaries, and client-facing documentation
  • Provide after-service coordination and ensure smooth project handover

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of project management experience in the office furniture, fit-out, construction, or interior design industries
  • Strong understanding of project planning, site execution, and supply chain coordination across multiple countries
  • Proven track record in managing commercial furniture projects in ASEAN markets
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Able to read and interpret technical drawings (AutoCAD knowledge is a plus)
  • Familiar with project management tools and processes
  • Fluent in English (Mandarin or regional languages is a bonus)
  • Willing to travel across ASEAN region as needed
