Job summary

A global automotive organization in Singapore is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing project life cycles, defining functional requirements, and ensuring adherence to technical standards. Candidates should have over 3 years of experience in project management and a solid understanding of agile development processes. This role requires excellent stakeholder management skills and a proactive approach to addressing issues.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a technical project manager.
• Experience in requirement analysis, design, development, testing, and operation.
• Understanding of agile software development processes.

Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements and define functional/non-functional requirements.
• Create and review technical design documentation.
• Provide technical feasibility assessments and oversee the project life cycle.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Understand business requirements, detect architecture drivers, define functional/non-functional requirement
• Create and review technical design documentation to ensure the production system is being built, tested, and operated according to
• technical standard or/and best practice
• Provide technical feasibility assessments and scoping for projects
• Oversee all activities of the project life cycle for in-house development or/and contract-based development.
• Handle interactions with multiple key stakeholders to achieve project goal
• Build the development team, define/practice the development, QA and operation process and improve it continuously
• Proactively identify and address issues or risks of our service from the functional/non-functional perspective

Basic Qualifications

Hard Skill:

• Experience of technical project manager for the production system more than 3 years
• Experience of requirement analysis, design, development(coding), testing, and operation of the production system
• Understanding the software development process like agile development
