The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing construction and telecommunications projects from their inception to completion, ensuring adherence to safety and building regulations.
- This role will also be instrumental in identifying and securing new projects and concepts for the company, as well as providing technical advisories to clients.
- The Project Manager to coordinate subcontractors and the construction team to meet contractual performance conditions, prepare comprehensive internal and external reports on project status, progress, estimates, and deliverables, and ensure that quality construction consistently exceeds company standards while meeting client needs efficiently.
- Key duties will also include daily project reviews to maintain quality and budget compliance, supervision of projects to ensure timely completion and client satisfaction, and working under deadlines to plan and coordinate all aspects of the building process, from hiring contractors to collaborating with engineers, architects, and vendors.
- The Project Manager will ensure compliance with all building codes, regulations, and safety precautions, plan all phases of the construction lifecycle, establish and execute effective project communication plans, and facilitate change requests to inform all parties of schedule and budget impacts.
- Additional responsibilities include coordinating the development of user manuals and training materials, identifying new client opportunities, and conducting post-project evaluations. The Project Manager will also manage a construction manager, oversee their work, and generate testing logs, quality assurance reports, and punch lists.
- Furthermore, this role will encompass all fiber optic installation and technical works to enhance our team's capabilities and secure clients by delivering high-quality projects.
- The successful candidate will also conduct post-site surveys to quality check and verify backbone cabling, horizontal cabling, server rack positioning, cable containments, and cable terminations against layouts, drawings, and designs.
- To verify testing reports for Fiberoptic and LAN systems, ensuring DB losses are within an acceptable range. We are looking for an individual with experience in site surveys and design for 3G, LTE, and small cell projects, and exposure to 5G network installations under telecom projects.
- Multivendor knowledge is preferred, along with experience as an RF Optimization Engineer.
- The candidate should have combined experience as a Telecom Installer, and in the Commissioning and Integration of Ericsson Routers, Baseband Units, and RBS.
- Supervising the implementation of distributed antenna systems (DAS), outdoor antennas, RF cables, and CME (civil, electrical, and mechanical) works for both in-building and outdoor solutions is also required.
- Proficiency in conducting indoor walk-tests and generating ATP reports using Nemo, along with iBwave Level 1 Certification, is highly valued.
