Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our fast growing and dynamic team. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of our projects across Singapore.

Scope of Responsibilities:

1. Report to Senior Management and oversee the project operations, including developing and managing project plans, schedules, progress tracking, and risk management.
2. Manage and oversee the work of cross-functional teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
3. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project team members.
4. Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
5. Communicate project progress and updates to senior management and clients.
6. Identify and implement appropriate risk management strategies.
7. Assist in tender preparation.
8. Attend to team members' welfare and needs.

What We're Looking For:

1. Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in semiconductor/pharmaceutical industry.
2. Ability to motivate, guide, and manage project teams effectively.
3. Strong organizational skills and ability to develop and manage detailed project plans.
4. Good problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
5. Strong communication skills when dealing with clients and team members.
6. Ability to work independently and be resourceful.
7. Relevant degree or professional certification in project management or construction.
