Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of our construction projects across Singapore. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and contribute to the growth and success of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery
• Coordinate and oversee the work of cross-functional teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate project risks, and implement appropriate risk management strategies
• Communicate project progress and updates to senior management and clients
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and quality
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project team members

What we're looking for

• Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in the use of project management software and tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant degree or professional certification in project management or construction
