Job Scope
- Manage and execute project in cost effective, on time delivery with quality standards to meets client expectations;
- Managing the projects in accordance to our Company’s ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 Standards and contractual requirements;
- Pre and post-contract stages from vetting tender documents, organizing tender activities as well as settlement of accounts with owner, sub-contracts / suppliers;
- The development and implementation of project management plans through the provision of project scheduling, monitoring, reporting and forecasting, ensure that safety regulations are complied;
- Providing and preparing all scheduling, budgeting and specification for the project work;
- Check drawings and quantities and ensure that the calculations are accurate for the project implementation;
- Carry out project planning, cost control, project management and documentations;
- Provide the direction in construction planning, coordinate work with other departments, sub-contractors, clients and consultants to ensure overall construction progress as scheduled;
- Liaise and assist in submission of all necessary permit, license to all relevant authorities for the project work;
- Attend meetings, correspondences and liaise with clients, sub-contractors and suppliers;
- Resolve design and site problems encountered during the construction period;
- Plan and manage actual and post construction issues with the clients, consultants, sub-contractors and relevant authorities;
- Ensure proper documentation of the project, such as record correspondence, as-built drawings, etc..;
- Close supervision of work carried out by sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure adherence to project schedule;
- Ensure highest quality on the work carried by the sub-contractor, fabricators and suppliers;
- Liaise with consultants, clients, sub-contractors and suppliers on the implementation of the projects;
- Check on the progress claim submitted by the sub-contractors;
- Monitor, track, report project progress, supervise Engineers, Supervisor, Technicians and sub-contractors’ on site;
- Follow-up on the defective work and ensure timely rectification by contractors, fabricators and suppliers;
Job Requirement
