Overall management for the project with respect to contractual, budget, resources, design, procurement, construction, quality and safety.
Lead the project team for the implementation and execution of works as according to planned schedule.
Execute projects according to schedule and tender specifications within contract budget.
Manage sub-contractors performance.
Conduct regular meetings with sub-contractors and project team.
Monitor material and equipment usage.
Attend meetings with clients, consultants and sub-contractors.
Preparation of progress reports.
Resolve on-site contractual issues with good documentation.
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by PE Board or equivalent.
Minimum 6-8 years working experience in project management.
Possess all safety compliance certification.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Good leadership skills and able to lead a team.
Positive attitude and able to meet deadlines.
