Job description

1. Manage all project activities, including scheduling, cost management, design development, and stakeholder management.
2. Lead consultants and project team members throughout all stages of project development.
3. Ensure projects are carried out within budget, schedule, and quality expectations while achieving project objectives and targets.
4. A degree recognized by the respective professional bodies, professional institutions, or BCA is required.
5. A Master's in Project Management will be an advantage.
6. Familiarity with (a) Public Sector Standard Conditions of Contract for Construction Work, (b) Public Sector Standard Conditions of Contract for Design and Build, and (c) the Standard Conditions of Nominated Sub-Contract will be an advantage.
7. Able to demonstrate strong project management, decision-making, and leadership skills.
8. Good communication, written, and presentation skills.
9. A team player who is analytical, resourceful, and results-oriented.
10. Good attitude and self-motivated.
11. Relevant experience in QS/PM consultancy and/or contracting would be an advantage.
12. Fresh graduates with outstanding academic results and passion may also apply.
