Job summary

IDAS Technology Private Limited is seeking a Site Engineer to oversee M&E/ACMV projects on site. You will report to the Senior Project Manager, coordinate activities, and lead a team of engineers to meet deadlines.

The role requires hands-on oversight, cost monitoring, and strong client communication. Candidates should have a Diploma/ Degree in Architecture or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with at least 3 years of onsite experience; ability to work under stress and independently, and own

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Degree in Architecture, Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of onsite working experience in M&E or ACMV projects preferred.
• Team player with good discipline and work attitude.
• Able to perform under stress and deliver on time.
• Experience in handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Able to work independently.
• Possess own vehicle with valid class 3 driving license.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Senior Project Manager, oversee and coordinate all site activities.
• Lead a team of Engineers, plan and efficiently organise to meet job requirements and deadlines.
• Monitor / review project cost.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to foster ties and identify needs for new projects.
• Liaise with consultants, architects, contractors, sub-contractors and handle all technical matters.
