Job description

As a Project Manager, you will plan, direct, and coordinate activities of designated projects to ensure that goals or objectives of the project are accomplished on time and in accordance with the business requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

· Work with the internal business clients and the account team to collect, analyze, and finalize the business requirements.

· Develop high-quality project proposal and plan based on the business requirements and available project resources.

· Establish work plan and staffing for each phase of the project, and arrange for assignment of project personnel.

· Confer with project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority.

· Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within the prescribed budget of resources.

· Review status reports prepared by project personnel and modifies schedules or plans if and when required.

· Prepare project reports for management, client, or others.

· Confer with project personnel to provide advice and resolve problems.

· Coordinate project activities with activities from the audit team on compliance, policies, or other requirements.

· Act independently to determine and articulate approach, process, requirements, success factors for project assignments.

· Able to work with multiple teams to improve product definition, deployment, in-house tools/ software quality, unit testing and assess resource availability in relation to timelines.

· Oversee the project implementation lifecycle and technical risks throughout the project.

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree of IT or business discipline, or background of in technology environment delivering solutions or projects.

· Have a passionate career development plan in the ePayment industry.

· Good project management skills and high-quality successful project delivery experiences.

· Have strong stakeholder management capabilities and strategic mindset to advise and manage internal and external partners.

· Good coordination and communication skills to manage project team activities.

· Result oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, able to drill down to details to ensure the progression for the respective projects.

· Have good reporting/documentation skills to ensure timely, clear, and concise information flow among all stakeholders.

· Possess technical skills in the operating system, network, and computing is a plus.

Must be prepared to travel at least 5% of the time; dependent on clients’ expectations, and also support the business development department
