About the Company

Responsibilities

We are looking for an organised Project Manager with good problem-solving skills, to lead cross-functional teams to the successful delivery of projects.

• Perform end-to-end project management, ensuring timelines and budgets are met;
  
• Define project scope and objectives with relevant stakeholders;
  
• Create actionable project plans including tasks, timelines, resource planning and risk strategies;
  
• Monitor project progress using suitable frameworks or tools, making recommendations as necessary;
  
• Resolve conflicts or any roadblocks to the projects;
  
• Promote best practices and operational standards in project execution;
  
• Support a collaborative, solutions-oriented environment.
  

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or any related field;
  
• Project management certification would be an advantage;
  
• At least 3 years of experience in managing projects, preferably within a similar field;
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  
• Proven track record of successful project delivery;
  
• Strong experience in project management methodologies;
  
• Knowledge of relevant project management tools;
  
• Ability to lead and also work well in a team.
