Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage end-to-end delivery of IT or cybersecurity-related projects
• Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource needs
• Track project milestones and deliverables, and maintain project documentation
• Work closely with technical teams to monitor progress and flag potential risks
• Work closely with all customer-facing Fortinet functions, including sales, operations, order management, support to coordinate activities
• Determine appropriate revenue recognition, ensures timely and accurate invoicing, and monitors receivables for project
• Accurately forecasts revenue, profitability, margins, bill rates and utilization
• Conduct regular project updates, reporting to stakeholders
• Assist in stakeholder communication and vendor coordination
• Ensure projects adhere to internal governance and compliance standards

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in project coordination or project management
• Exposure to IT projects or cybersecurity initiatives (internships or hands-on experience welcomed)
• Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills
• Basic understanding of IT or cybersecurity concepts is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Project or ChangePoint is advantageous

Nice to Have

• Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile methodologies (or currently pursuing)
• Experience working in cross-functional teams or with third-party vendors
