Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an accomplished Project Manager to drive creative campaigns from brief through final delivery across social, digital, print and video channels. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, and maintain clear stakeholder communication in a fast-paced agency or in-house environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience within an agency or in-house environment.
• Hyper-organised and accountable with experience working in a dynamic creative space.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to manage expectations, articulate recommendations, and translate ideas into actionable plans.
• A collaborative team player who remains focused on delivering projects successfully from start to finish.
• Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership, consistently producing high-quality work and maintaining curiosity around business impact.
• Proactive in approach, with the ability to think analytically, creatively and conceptually.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and change, with proven experience guiding stakeholders through evolving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Drive assigned projects from brief to final delivery, managing timelines, resources and project requirements across social, digital, print and video production.
• Own the project lifecycle from initial briefing through to final asset delivery and filing.
• Clarify project requirements, internalise briefs and collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen and refine them where needed.
• Collaborate with clients to identify the most effective creative solutions.
• Manage team tasks, workload allocation and resource planning, maintaining visibility across project scope and priorities.
• Keep projects on track by monitoring timelines, meeting schedules and team capacity while ensuring stakeholders remain informed of progress, risks and potential gaps.
• Manage and communicate changes to project scope, schedules and costs, escalating issues when required.
