Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Project Manager to oversee the delivery of audiovisual (AV) system integration projects. You will manage multiple AV projects simultaneously, ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams, vendors, and clients. This role requires strong technical knowledge of AV systems, excellent leadership, and a client-focused mindset to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to specification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end management of AV projects: from kickoff to commissioning and handover
  • Develop project scopes, technical specifications, schedules, and budgets
  • Coordinate with design, engineering, procurement, and installation teams
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction
  • Manage subcontractors and suppliers for timely delivery and installation
  • Conduct site visits and supervise installation progress and system testing
  • Monitor project risks, issues, and timelines, and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Ensure all work complies with safety standards and AV industry best practices
  • Prepare and present regular project status updates to stakeholders

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in Engineering, AV Technology, Project Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of project management experience in the AV, systems integration, IT, or a related technical industry
  • Strong understanding of AV systems (e.g., video conferencing, control systems, displays, sound systems)
  • Familiarity with industry tools such as AutoCAD, Bluebeam, or system schematics
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • PMP, CTS, or equivalent certification is a plus
  • Willingness to travel to job sites and client locations as required
