Job summary

A leading staffing company is seeking a Supervisor for Plumbing & Sanitary projects in Singapore. You'll oversee the execution of multiple projects, ensuring compliance with safety and local authority standards. Ideal candidates will have a Diploma in Project/Civil Engineering, 7 years of experience, and a Plumber License. Knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage, along with a Class 3 Singapore Driving License.

Qualifications

• Min 7 years of relevant experience in plumbing projects.
• Possess a valid License Plumber License.
• Class 3 Singapore Driving License required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all site works ensuring compliance with drawings and safety standards.
• Liaise with contractors and clients on project progress.
• Prepare progress claims for contractors and attend site inspections.

Job Summary:

-Liaise with the main contractor, consultant, clients on the progress of Plumbing & Sanitary as well as any other services awarder's installation works.

- To supervise all works on site and ensure in accordance to the drawings, safety standards and comply to local authorities requirement.

- Able to design, submit, coordinate drawings and plan for approval and amendment.

- Adopt pre construction isometric drawing preparation and material take off prior to site possession.

- Ensure site storage are ready and inventory system is in placed all the time.

- Able to handle more than one project at a time.

- Attend inspection / meetings with supplier, sub contractor, main contractor, consultant and authority

- Prepare progress claim to main contractor / client & attend meetings

- Prepare & certify progress claims of sub contractor & suppliers

- Willing to suggest and adopt to all company policy which may update from time to time.

- Willing to work off hours when necessary to ensure projects are always in best performance.

Requirements:

-Possess a Diploma in Project /Civil Engineering and License Plumber License

- Min 7 years of relevant experience

- Knowledge in AutoCAD will be advantage

- Class 3 Singapore Driving License
