Job summary

AIK SAN Construction Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Project Manager to lead the project team, ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards.

You will coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams, manage resources and drawings submissions, run kickoff and close meetings with clients, and mitigate risks from tender to handover. A diploma or degree in construction and at least 8 years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in construction is required.
• Minimum of 8 years of construction experience.
• Proven track record of leading teams and projects from tender to handover.
• Familiar with project management frameworks and processes.
• Experience with AutoCAD, PVSyst and Heliscope is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Job description

The Project Manager is the main responsible for leading the project team to complete projects on time, within budget and meeting quality parameters in line with the standards and expectations of the project.

Responsibilities

Manage team members, who are responsible for tracking project progression according to schedule, within budget, contractual, quality and safety standards

Provide technical expertise as required on project

Ensure that all drawings are completed and submissions to the authorities are carried out in a timely manner

Work with multi-disciplinary teams to identify project risks, barriers, and issues and propose possible solutions and mitigation strategies

Attend and chair project kick off meetings, daily meetings and project closure meetings with clients and other parties

Efficient management of resources and materials

Adherence to quality and safety practices in the work place

Excellent interpersonal skills; able to work with people from all levels

Requirements:

Education: Min Diploma or Degree in construction related

Experience: Minimum of 8 years of construction experience

Excellent track record of ability to manage teams and projects (from tender to hand over)

Skilled in project management frameworks

Specific experience in AutoCAD, PVSyst, Heliscope in an advantage
