Job description

Min. higher nitec in any discipline; Min with at least 3 years' experience in B2B sales in IT or Audio Visual industry; Candidates with Interior Design Industry background will be an value added advantage; Candidates with experience in sales especially M&E construction industry will be value added advantage. Candidates with in Audio Visual / IT Solutions will be value added advantage. Candidates with experience in dealing with building and construction industry will be value added advantage. Team player who can work in fast paced environment. Organise, detailed-oriented and hard working. Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin. Candidates need to liaise with China supplier with writing or spoken in MANDARIN language. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage end-to-end AV installation projects from initiation through completion.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to define project requirements and timelines.
  • Develop project schedules, manage resources, and track project progress against milestones.
  • Coordinate site surveys, system design, equipment procurement, and installation works.
  • Supervise on-site installation teams and subcontractors to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation including drawings, reports, and handover files.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions during implementation.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, standards, and client specifications.
  • Conduct project review, testing, and client training upon project completion.
  • Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and management.

  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm.
