Job description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead and oversee multiple engineering and construction projects across Singapore. To manage full project lifecycles—from planning and procurement to execution, quality control, and handover, ensuring alignment with cost, safety, and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables in line with contractual obligations.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional site teams including engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities to resolve technical issues and ensure timely approvals and inspections.
• Manage procurement schedules, delivery coordination, and material/equipment requisitions.
• Prepare and review method statements, risk assessments, and project documentation.
• Enforce strict compliance with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) standards and internal SOPs.
• Track project milestones and prepare regular progress reports and cost reviews for internal and client reporting.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of project management experience, preferably in water treatment, HVAC, or construction projects.
• Familiarity with cooling towers, piping systems, and mechanical installations is a strong advantage.
• Proven leadership skills with ability to manage site teams and stakeholders under tight timelines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability and resourcefulness.
• Must be eligible to work in Singapore (Singaporean/PR or valid Work Pass holder).
