We are seeking a hands-on, fast-paced Construction Manager to lead A&A works for high-end retail and commercial fit-outs. You will manage tight timelines, coordinate multiple trades, and ensure seamless delivery with zero compromise on quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise A&A works for retail/commercial projects from site takeover to handover.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to meet aggressive schedules.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and client specifications.
• Coordinate closely with designers, landlords, and clients for smooth approvals and inspections.
• Monitor site progress, quality control, and resolve issues on the spot.
• Oversee procurement, logistics, and material delivery to avoid delays.
• Prepare concise progress updates and ensure defect-free completion.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Construction, Civil, or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in A&A, retail fit-outs, or commercial renovations.
• Proven ability to deliver fast-track projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Able to read and interpret detailed construction and M&E drawings.
• Hands-on approach with a sharp eye for quality and finishes.
