Job description

We are seeking a capable and driven Project Manager to join our interior design firm. This role is essential in overseeing and coordinating the full life cycle of residential and commercial interior projects. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, resourceful, and able to manage teams and subcontractors to deliver high-quality design outcomes within time and budget constraints.

Duties:

• Plan, execute, and oversee interior fit-out projects from design to completion
• Coordinate across internal teams, clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient project delivery
• Monitor work schedules, site progress, and resolve on-site challenges independently
• Supervise subcontractors and site teams to ensure compliance with design and safety standards
• Manage procurement of materials, project cost tracking, and documentation
• Conduct site inspections and provide regular updates to senior management and clients
• Lead project meetings and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project duration
• Report directly to Director

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline
• Minimum 6 years of experience in project management within the interior design or renovation industry
• Proven ability to independently manage full project cycles with minimal supervision
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills
• Familiar with local regulations, renovation procedures, and HDB/BCA requirements (preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, and design-related software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp)
• Able to handle multiple projects concurrently and manage time effectively
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Open to foreign applicants.
