Project Manager

A. JOB SUMMARY

1. Taking lead in projects by providing project management skills and knowledge.
2. Ensuring timely payment requests to sustain operations.
3. Conducting reviews and resolving project issues together with the Engineer.
4. Reviewing and endorsing all reports and documents prior submission to the Engineer.
5. Attending local Engineer meetings and/or Interface Working Group sessions, design reviews, and any meetings as required.
6. Involvement in risk management.
7. Managing and resolving commercial and technical issues with sub-contractors and suppliers.
8. Ensuring project manpower resources requirements are met.
9. Monitoring the progress of the project activities to ensure compliance with the schedule and performance objectives.
10. Ensuring that the project team fully complies with local and project’s safety and quality procedures.
11. Ensuring timely and accurate reporting to senior and executive management.
12. Prepare for VO claim for abortive work/technical change.
13. Overall planning, implementation, execution and completion of project to ensure successful completion of the project.

B. REQUIREMENTS

1. PMP certification.
2. Minimum 5 years of PM experience.
3. Experience working on LTA projects.
4. Knowledge in SCADA software and system development.
5. Good teamwork and leadership skills are essential.
6. Good time management, multitasking and stress management skills to be able to ensure that tasks get completed on time.
