• Prepare project proposals, including temporary time frames, schedules, and budgets.
• Develop work statements or methodologies.
• Monitor, track, and report on project progress, and handle issues that arise.
• Coordinate activities related to scheduling, monitoring, and conduct project review meetings.
• Manage subcontractor execution at the site to ensure adherence to requirements and quality standards.

Job Requirements

• Professional Engineering Board (PEB) recognized Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience with LTA projects in the construction industry.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in the construction industry, ideally with involvement in all stages of a project’s lifecycle from tendering to handover.
• Prior experience in Civil Engineering - Infrastructure works, LTA/NPARKS/SLA/PUB projects, related to construction and landscape works, or similar projects.
• Solid technical knowledge of Civil Engineering projects and contract administration.
• Good interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills, including leading project teams with results orientation.
• Proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines.
