Study the given project and work up a master program and site facilities planning in order to meet the contractual schedule.
Plan the project budget, quality plan and manpower to meet the project’s budget and contract requirements.
Lead the staff in working with clients/consultants on the project work scope to achieve satisfactory quality and workmanship.
Work with HQ Respective Departments on the site budget, safety management system and ISO Documentation.
Prepare the staff on their given roles/responsibilities and highlight the project objectives and company policies.
Collaborate with the WSHO Officer to develop a framework that ensures site compliance with statutory requirements such as Safety, ECM control, Noise control, Vector control, etc.
Monitor staff performance and provide necessary guidance/training programs.
Minimum Requirements
At least 15 years of experience in Singapore in Residential Condo, Factory, Office, Warehouse Projects, with at least one project as a Project Manager.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering n.e.c (including construction engineering, construction technology & materials).
