Project Manager

Responsibilities

1. Apply effective project management methodologies and ensure appropriate action applies in corrective needs
2. Responsible daily operation for assigned project
3. Responsible for the development of project plans, activities, and schedule
4. Responsible for project Profit & Loss
5. Manage cross-functional teams in project deliveries
6. Manage contract requirements, terms, change management, identify potential risks and devise contingency plans
7. Provide regular projects communications including status updates to customers, senior management, and stakeholders
8. Establish and maintain comprehensive project documentation
9. Design appropriate training programs and workshops for project team
10. Constantly keep abreast of latest technology changes to maintain deployment and operational efficiency
11. Create a positive team environment and coordinate work effort of each team member in a cohesive fashion

Requirements

1. Highly motivated and self-driven to complete assignment with limited resources and tight schedule
2. Good technical skills in ELV/control system and preferably worked in SI environment
3. Good knowledge of Engineering, Project Management, and Systems Integration
4. Good communication and writing skills
5. At least 5 years hands-on experience in project management. Able to handle complex projects, technical challenges, and different groups of users and external contractors. Prior LTA projects’ experience is highly preferred
6. Good to have PMP certification with strong understanding of techniques and methods
7. Strong customer management in collaboration and understanding their requirements
8. Strong vendor management in negotiation and collaboration
9. Strong in people management
10. Strong in tracking project scope, requirements, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
11. Enthusiastic professionals with a can-do attitude and a willingness to continuously learn and grow
12. Need to work odd hours as and when required, whenever the work needs to be done on time
