Qualifications

Job Description:
- Monitoring and control of the EPI process at new fab site and to achieve maximum process stability, quality and production
- Close coordination with new Fab regarding overarching work tasks or problem escalation
- Consideration of the local material control regarding the required EPI capbility
- Accompaniment of all tests for the later application of virtually executable activities from Germany
- Technological data analysis to identify trends, systematic defects within the EPI process, line and material influences that affect the EPI as well as initiation of measures
- Advanced EPI tuning
- Evaluation, containment and compilation of material with specificiation violation for an MRB
- Continuation and deepening of the training of EA and ME
- Daily support / technical supervision for EA / ME working on the EPI systems and measuring instruments within the scope of their function
- Support of technology / engineering in the qualification and comissioning of EPI plants
- Development and support of the local process flow in the entire EPI area includingall secondary activities and special procedures on the shop floor
Requirements:
- Expertise in process engineering and logistical processes in the field of Fab
- Good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken,
- Team-oriented, independent, communicative, forward-looking, goal-oriented
- Several years of professional or technical experience in the field of wafer manufacturing
- Good PC and IT skills
