Our client is seeking a Project Manager to join their team!

Are you ready to take on an exciting challenge in the construction industry? Join our client's team as a Project Manager and lead ACMV projects to success. This role offers the opportunity to showcase your technical expertise, leadership skills, and project management abilities in a dynamic environment.

What you'll be doing?

Design Management: Lead the design process for ACMV works, ensuring high-quality and efficient solutions.

Coordination Champion: Attend meetings and oversee on-site coordination to ensure smooth project execution.

Stakeholder Liaison: Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including main contractors, owners, and sub-contractors.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to BCA and MOM regulations, working closely with safety departments.

Project Planning: Develop and manage project schedules, highlighting key milestones and progress to ensure timely completion.

Team Leadership: Provide effective guidance to the project team, delegating tasks and resources efficiently.

Administrative Excellence: Oversee project management duties, including planning, submissions, reporting, and attending meetings.

Client Relations: Foster strong relationships with clients, consultants, and building owners.

On-site Supervision: Manage site installation, including manpower allocation, problem-solving, and coordination with other trades.

Quality Assurance: Oversee client FAT, SAT, and T&C processes, ensuring project quality meets standards.

Safety Champion: Manage HSE and safety requirements to maintain a secure work environment.

Business Development: Assist in tendering and quotation processes for new projects.
