Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, scheduling, execution, and handover of factory automation installation projects, with a focus on the semiconductor industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and working knowledge of automation systems used in semiconductor fabs, such as OHTs, stockers, and conveyors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage full project lifecycle from planning and resource allocation to execution and final handover.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and final project goals.
• Allocate resources effectively and monitor team performance to meet project objectives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, installation, QA/QC, and vendors.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing communication, expectations, and project updates.
• Manage risks, resolve issues proactively, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Oversee installation and integration of factory automation systems such as OHTs, stockers, conveyors, and related equipment.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and progress updates for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure seamless project handover with proper testing, commissioning, and documentation.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably in semiconductor fab automation.
• Strong knowledge of factory automation systems (e.g., Overhead Hoist Transport (OHT), stockers, conveyors).
• Proven experience in project scheduling, resource planning, and risk management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Willingness to travel as required for project execution and coordination.
