Job summary

An established company in Singapore is seeking a project manager to oversee various project stages from inception to implementation. Responsibilities include acting as a representative for stakeholders, managing project documentation, and providing operational support during special events. Candidates should hold a diploma and have relevant experience, with a preference for Singaporean citizens or former SPF officers. The role offers competitive compensation with working hours from 8:30 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday.

• Act as client’s representative to project stakeholders.
• Manage a project from start to end of life cycle.
• Document project-related materials including progress and safety reports.

Job description

• Act as client’s representative to project stakeholders and if any, vendors
• Manage a project from Start to End of Life Cycle (including decommissioning)
• Documentations related to project e.g., progress reports, safety reports, etc.
• System Management e.g., Manage services and infrastructure migration, if any
• Budget management e.g., Invoice verification & forecasting
• Manage system security enhancements/integration
• Review and Implement Service/Change request
• Support Client in reviewing/managing training content
• Support Client in annual reviews of manuals
• Provide Operational Support in special events and exercises
• Any other relevant responsibilities or tasks assigned

• A diploma holder
• Someone who has some experience in a similar role
• Work location - At this point in time, no specific details of location of work. Likely location could be Mediapolis for few months and later, maybe shift to one of the Home Team sites.
• Singaporean Preferred. Ex-SPF officer e.g. during National Service or ex-regular, could be an advantage.

General

• Working hours: 0830 to 1800, Monday to Friday
• For OT if any, compensation is Off-in-lieu (not monetary)
