A leading technology company is seeking a Project Manager with extensive experience in field service management to lead the New System Refresh Project. The candidate will be responsible for managing project execution, stakeholder communications, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. The ideal applicant has a minimum of 3 years of experience, proficiency in Microsoft tools, and exceptional organizational skills.
Primary Responsibilities:
Field service management (FSM) domain experience Mandatory
• Collaborate closely with Team Leads and Project Managers to oversee the end-to-end execution of the New System Refresh Project.
• Conduct structured sessions to gather requirements from both business and technical stakeholders.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and risk registers using Microsoft tools such as Planner, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Oversee vendor coordination, procurement processes, and infrastructure readiness.
• Develop and present stakeholder communications, including progress updates and executive-level presentations.
• Ensure integration planning aligns with business objectives and technical execution.
Required Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in leading technical transformation projects, ideally within field service management (FSM) domains.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and communicate effectively across business and technical teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and collaborative project management tools.
• Strong skills in managing risks, dependencies, and cross-functional teams.
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
