We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to ensure the quality and accuracy of our Generative AI (Gen AI) use cases. The role involves developing scalable monitoring processes, providing performance insights, and driving continuous improvements to enhance the reliability of Gen AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the quality and accuracy of Gen AI use cases through comprehensive monitoring and analysis.
• Develop, implement, and refine scalable accuracy monitoring processes applicable across multiple Gen AI use cases.
• Manage and analyze accuracy-related data, ensuring data quality, consistency, and relevance for performance evaluation.
• Monitor key performance metrics to identify trends, potential issues, and improvement opportunities proactively.
• Generate regular reports on Gen AI performance and accuracy, presenting key findings and insights to stakeholders and relevant forums.
• Prepare and maintain Gen AI test data, with a focus on curating and validating document samples.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share performance insights and support optimization efforts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, performance monitoring, or quality assurance, preferably in AI/ML environments.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to translate technical findings into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
