Department &Position

The Corporate & Support Functions IT (CSI) department is an IT Department of 160 people and is responsible for development and maintenance of Counterparty/Credit Risks and Finance applications used by worldwide users, composed of the following divisions:

  • Credit Risk IT covers Front Office Applications, Credit Decision Processing tool, Global Authorization Repository system and Default History Data Base
  • Counterparty Risk IT handles applications responsible for risk data collection, risk calculation and monitoring for CACIB worldwide
  • Finance IT is responsible for applications handling financial accounting and liquidity and yield financial risks for CACIB worldwide.

This Department Transverse PMO role is a position to reinforce, strengthen and further industrialize current Department transverse activities (regarding processes, administrative, budget as well as team building aspects).

Main responsibilities

  • Monitoring and reporting budget while ensuring consistency with staff and recruitment plan
  • Support section heads on following up budget initialization and reporting
  • Liaise with section heads for understanding of budget and project portfolio needs
  • Provide a global view of budget status and changes from last reporting period
  • Organize and keep up to date databases/documentation related to budget and staff plan
  • Provide analysis using Power BI technology
  • Provide support to managers to ensure timesheet accuracy
  • Provide ad-hoc support for Department/Management request

Department transverse activities Facilitation

  • Contribute to facilitate Department level processes for recruitment, onboarding, offboarding
  • Contribute to facilitate transverse activities on communication, community management, compliance and security awareness, team gamification
  • Contribute in the organization of team building events

Qualifications and Profile

Functional

  • Experienced in PMO activities or in a project management role in software engineering

Technical

  • Ms Excel (pivot table), Ms Project, Power BI (basic reporting and analysis), Ms Powerpoint, Ms Sharepoint
