Job Description:
Project Management Executive, Wellness Centre
- Support Centre Manager in aspects relating to the Communities of Care Project, from planning, implementing, monitoring, reporting, etc.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to pilot and implement new programmes/initiatives and support their scale-up and implementation.
- Work closely with Wellness Club at BKK (Active Ageing Centre) supervisor and team to implement new initiatives and establish Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) and guidelines
- Track project progress and ensure compliance to timelines and scope expectations in project development and implementation.
- Close monitoring of project progress and ensure proper and timely reporting of key performance indicators and progress to funder(s) and senior management.
- Actively source and seek potential partners in the community and establish work processes for collaboration, engagements and commitment to scope of partnership.
- Maintain strong close relationship with partners, eg service providers and grassroots organizations
- Participate in activities that contribute to improvement to the new programmes/initiatives, eg follow-up with seniors post-referral to partners, conducting home visits, etc
- Support in the collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to actualize the new programmes/initiatives.
- Manage queries and provide partners and potential partners with information.
Wellness Club at BKK
- Work closely with Centre Supervisor in planning, implementing and evaluating activities, wellness programmes and community outreach work to assess suitability of programmes for seniors.
- Support the organisations active ageing goals and KPIs, eg support in Active Ageing programmes to increase participation rate at Wellness Club.
- Cover centre-base and interest group programmes as needed in the event of unexpected situation or absence of trainer.
- Participate in events, such as ad-hoc festive events, outings, and outreach booths, etc.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in any discipline.
- Experience in the socio-health sector is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and write fluently.
- Meticulous and able to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment with minimal supervision.
- Able to work independently and as team player to collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders.
- Mon to Fri: 8am to 5.30pm
- Salary up to $5800
