How you create impact
You will be part of our Customer Excellence team, adding your expertise + skills to the delivery of Customer + Operational Excellence
Your primary objective will be to lead a team of specialists for more than one account, ensuring a high level of customer excellence through the organizing + supervising of all orders.
You will also identify + execute opportunities to increase revenue.
What we would like you to bring
To ensure the highest levels of productivity are evident + maintained, while identifying tasks for centralization + automation, working with key stakeholders to transition such tasks.
To ensure an accurate level of data quality, ensuring that all systems are kept up to date promptly.
To ensure that all team members are skilled + training industry knowledge, customer care, processes + systems.
To identify opportunities to grow business within the customer portfolios, then work with key stakeholders to prepare + execute development + growth plans.
To ensure the timely completion of all required file administration including documentation, billing, + vendor invoices/ebills acknowledgement + weekly forwarding sub-ledger (FSL).
To act as the escalation point for appropriate corrective actions to prevent a re-occurrence of customer complaints. To report incidents + hazards as per the relevant working instructions.
To monitor operational performance of all suppliers (including HSE compliance) + implement corrective or preventative actions + escalate to management if required.
