How you create impact

You will join our Customer Excellence team, bringing your expertise to deliver Customer and Operational Excellence.

Your main responsibility will be leading a team of specialists across multiple accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction through organizing and supervising all orders.

You will also identify and implement opportunities to increase revenue.

What we would like you to bring

  • Ensure high productivity levels, identify tasks for centralization and automation, and collaborate with stakeholders for transitions.
  • Maintain accurate data quality and keep systems updated promptly.
  • Train and develop team members in industry knowledge, customer care, processes, and systems.
  • Identify growth opportunities within customer portfolios and work with stakeholders to develop and execute growth plans.
  • Complete all administrative tasks timely, including documentation, billing, vendor invoices, and weekly reports.
  • Serve as the escalation point for customer complaints, reporting incidents and hazards as per instructions.
  • Monitor supplier performance, including HSE compliance, and implement corrective actions as needed.
