How you create impact

You will be part of our Customer Excellence team, applying your expertise and skills to deliver Customer and Operational Excellence.
Your primary objective will be to lead a team of specialists across multiple accounts, ensuring a high level of customer service through organizing and supervising all orders.
You will also identify and execute opportunities to increase revenue.

What we would like you to bring
  • Ensure high productivity levels are maintained by identifying tasks for centralization and automation, working with key stakeholders to transition such tasks.
  • Maintain accurate data quality, ensuring all systems are updated promptly.
  • Ensure all team members are skilled through training in industry knowledge, customer care, processes, and systems.
  • Identify opportunities to grow business within customer portfolios and collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute growth plans.
  • Complete all required administrative tasks timely, including documentation, billing, vendor invoices/ebills acknowledgment, and weekly forwarding of sub-ledger (FSL).
  • Act as the escalation point for corrective actions to prevent customer complaints and report incidents and hazards as per instructions.
  • Monitor operational performance of all suppliers, including HSE compliance, and implement corrective or preventative actions, escalating as needed.
