Objective

To deliver projects and provide day-to-day support for applications.

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Specifications

· Configure, set up and support applications, like CFOS, CIVeC, EIDS, SAP, websites, etc.

· Work closely with business and Ops users to gather and translate requirements into IT solutions

· Work closely with vendors to deliver reports

· Generate reports on performance of servers and database in Huawei Cloud

· Raise tickets for SAP issues, and track till closure.

· Work with Project Managers, to support them in the delivery of projects

· Work on ad hoc activities and works assigned by Head of Department (HOD)

· Support includes on-site and remote support, and rostered weekend support.

Experiences

· Minimum 2 years’ experience in managing and supporting applications

· Some experiences in programming will be good, e.g. PHP, Python, etc.

· Some experiences in RPA (robotic process automation) will be good

· Some experiences in managing vendors

· Able to communicate, write and present well and confidently in English

· A goal getter and shows good attitude and passion in his / her work

· A team player, that could also work independently with minimal supervision

· May be required to work late and over weekends as and when required, depending on project timeline and work exigencies
