About the RoleAs a Project & Inspection Coordinator, you will play a key role in planning and tracking inspection readiness, coordinating project documents, and aligning schedules with various stakeholders. This role bridges administrative support with project and site operations, ensuring smooth execution of inspection activities and compliance requirements.

- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:45 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. (5-day work week, office-based role)
- Location: Near Kaki Bukit MRT (DT28)
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinate and schedule inspections with contractors, internal teams, and government-authorised inspectors
- Track site readiness and inspection progress through ERP systems and internal dashboards
- Maintain and update planning documents, job timelines, and status reports
- Liaise with vendors and contractors to confirm project milestones and ensure documentation is submitted
- Prepare inspection forms and follow up on outstanding compliance requirements
- Update ERP systems (e.g. SAP or equivalent) for accurate document control and job tracking
- Provide administrative support to section heads and ensure all inspection data is accurately recorded
What They’re Looking For
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or planning role, ideally within:
– Technical Services
– Engineering or Facilities Maintenance
– Construction or Site-Based Projects
– Elevator or Building Mobility Industry
Skills & Attributes
- Familiarity with SAP, SAP Hybris, or any ERP systems is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize timelines
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and consistent in document tracking and follow-up
- Able to communicate clearly across internal and external stakeholders
- Comfortable working independently within structured processes
