• Collaboration to design, lead and drive the HSE framework and program
• Implement HSE initiatives on ground, including safety training programs
• Develop HSE policy/ guidelines with consideration of the best market practices pertaining to Greenfield Data Centre and fit-out projects
• Constantly review and update the HSE framework/ policy/ guidelines
• Ensure compliance to local HSE legislation and Company's HSE policy
• Support the application and attainment of the applicable HSE permits/ licenses
• Perform risk assessment
• Lead incident management, including performing detailed Root Cause Analysis and implement preventive and/ or corrective action plans
• Implement system to ensure Contractor's compliance to HSE policy
• Manage reporting and HSE data analysis
• Conduct periodic review of safety compliance of operational data center, project site

Skills & experience required

• Bachelor's Degree in Safety / Engineering or other equivalent
• Minimum 10 years of HSE Engineering experience in the data center / critical facilities / ports environment
• Familiar with HAZID, HAZOP, SIL reviews and other safety reviews (e.g. SIMOPS, ALARP) preferred.
• Project management experience is required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience in handling incident report
• Comfortable to travel to and fro between site for EHS works (Ang Mo Kio & Penjuru)
