This role reports directly into the General Manager and supports him in the areas of process improvement initiatives including cross collaboration with functional teams in Finance, Operations, HR and Sales. You will lead end to end project lifecycles from planning to execution ensuring smooth operations. A core part of the role will involve generating financial reports and presenting key insights in ensuring strategic business decision making.

This role requires 50% travelling to Indonesia.

skills and experience required
You will possess a Bachelor Degree in Accountancy or it's equivalent and ideally be a CPA or CA. The ideal candidate will also have experience in finance systems implementation projects and change management. You should also come with minimally 4 years of prior experience within the manufacturing space, and thrive working with senior stakeholders across all functions.
