Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer is seeking a Finance lawyer with 4–8 years’ PQE in banking and finance to join our Projects, Energy & Infrastructure team in Singapore. You will handle project finance transactions, contribute to complex financings, and work closely with Partners and multi‑jurisdictional teams.

The role offers hands‑on experience across energy, infrastructure and private market transactions, with opportunities for knowledge sharing, client exposure and career growth in a global law

Qualifications

• 4–8 years PQE in banking and finance.
• Solid grounding in project finance and related structures.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Advising on project finance transactions and infrastructure financings.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating finance documents.
• Leading due diligence processes and coordinating multi-jurisdictional workstreams.
• Collaborating with partners and senior lawyers on transactions and client delivery.
• Supporting business development and knowledge sharing.
