You will be required to manage project financial processes by overseeing claims, cost tracking, and financial reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance. You will also need to support project financial operations by coordinating administrative tasks and ensuring smooth workflow execution.

To fuel their ongoing growth in Asia, my client is looking for a motivated candidate to join their team.

Description

  • Manage project financial setup, including contract documentation and statement preparation
  • Prepare and submit accurate payment claims for client approval in a timely manner
  • Monitor and track project changes, including revisions and sub-consultant agreements, to ensure financial compliance
  • Coordinate with project teams and subcontractors to resolve claim-related queries and gather necessary documentation
  • Follow up with clients on claim approvals and instruct the invoicing team to proceed with billing accordingly

Profile

  • Detail-oriented with strong skills in documentation, tracking, and maintaining accurate records
  • Comfortable working with contracts, financial workflows, and project-related documentation
  • Strong communicator with the ability to coordinate effectively across internal teams and external stakeholders
