Overview

Project Executive | Up to $4k | Expo

• Working Hours: Mon to Fri: 8.30am-5.30pm / Saturday 8.30am-1pm
• Company Location: Changi South Street 1 (Expo Mrt)
• Salary: Up to $4000 (subject to experience and skills)

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage on-site project operations, ensuring smooth workflow and timely completion.
• Coordinate project activities with internal Quantity Surveyors (QS), clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Supervise site progress, handle on-site issues, and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
• Review and interpret technical drawings to understand project details and requirements.
• Prepare progress updates and reports for management.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project coordination or site supervision.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage
