Job summary
A leading events company in Singapore is seeking an Event Coordinator to assist in the management of projects from start to finish. You will coordinate with clients and vendors, manage budgets, ensure timelines are met, and create memorable experiences for event attendees. Ideal candidates will possess a relevant degree and strong communication skills, ideally with prior experience in a fast-paced events environment.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Events Management or related field required.
- Prior experience in conferences preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage data accurately.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the end-to-end project management of events.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors and partners for successful execution.
- Prepare post-event reports and ensure compliance with IT security.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the end-to-end project management of event.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, venues and partners to ensure smooth execution.
- Maintain project timelines, budget and event documentation.
- Support logistical planning including sourcing, setup and on-site coordination.
- Perform day-to-day administrative functions and be the point-of-contact for both internal and external parties to ensure successful implementation and delivery of the project tasks.
- Track project deliverables and ensure milestones are met within deadlines.
- Attend site visits and supervise event setup, operations and teardown.
- Handle client servicing, manage expectations and provide regular project updates.
- Collaborate with internal departments to meet project objectives.
- Prepare post-event reports, feedback summaries and billing documentation.
- Ensure IT security SOPs set in place are complied by internally and by external vendors hired to service the event.
- Maintain accurate records, contracts and supplier agreements.
- Look at creative ways to deliver a high quality and memorable experience for attendees.
- Perform such other roles and duties as directed from time to time by the Director and Project Lead.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Events Management or related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Prior experience in conferences is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage data accurately.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
- Willingness to work extended hours during event periods.
