Responsibilities

  • Prepare project schedules, work orders, and reports.
  • Act as the point of contact among various teams.
  • Monitor project progress and report to the Project Manager.

Job scope
  • Prepare project schedule, work orders, and reports.
  • Report to Project Manager to run security system projects (CCTV, alarms, intercoms, access control).
  • Ppint of contact with sales team, technical team, admin, suppliers, and contractors.
  • Visit sites, check requirements, and support system planning.
  • Seek regulatory approvals for equipment and project
  • Monitor work progress, manpower, and materials.
  • Do closing report after project is done.
Requirement
  • Diploma in (Engineering / business /event management)
  • Min years’ experience in project/sales coordination
  • Familiar with local rules (BCA, SCDF, MCST approvals).
Added advantage
  • (CCTV, alarm, security systems or M&E preferred).
  • Singapore Class 3/3A driving license.
