The Role

1. Work closely with the banner project team members.
2. Coordinate internal resources and vendors for flawless project execution.
3. Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
4. Design M&E works for retail units.
5. Collaborate with QS for M&E tendering and cost estimation.
6. Review all M&E drawings, documents, reports, and materials submitted by contractors.
7. Manage site activities, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with Electrical & CP codes, quality standards, and government regulations.
8. Oversee and verify M&E systems.
9. Manage retail store construction projects, including budgets, schedules, procurement, quality, and risk management for new, refit, or refresh projects, covering planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
10. Engage with stakeholders and project teams (Operations, Design, Marketing, Engineering, Cost Management) to define project requirements, scope, resources, budgets, schedules, quality, and risk.
11. Identify external project delivery resources, conduct RFPs, and analyze bids.
12. Implement value engineering to reduce build costs without compromising customer experience or operational efficiency.
13. Provide project guidance and best practices to achieve goals.
14. Develop and implement communication plans, including meetings, reports, and minutes, to keep stakeholders informed.
15. Maintain accurate, timely project documentation and data integrity.
16. Monitor project progress against goals, budgets, and timelines.
17. Report on project status and variances.

About You:

1. Fresh diploma, degree, or ITE graduates are welcome; project management experience is a plus.
