Job description

What you’ll do

1. Support project task creation, management and project Management Activities
2. Support creation of incidents related to key business IT platforms
3. Vendor Management - Support vendor purchase order creation and management of vendor service engagements
4. Managing customer site access requests, task creation, progress updates and task closure in It Systems
5. Work across sales, presales, implementation and operations teams
6. Other assigned work tasks

What you’ll need

1. Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
2. It systems experience – Salesforce, Servicenow or oracle
3. Familiarity towards Data Center operations is preferable.
4. Interested in problem solving and using analysis to improve processes
5. Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
