Job description

Responsibilities :

· Review drawings to ensure compliance with client and authority requirements

· Prepare and complete documentations as required by relevant stakeholders

· Co-ordinate project processes from initiating, planning, executing, monitoring to final closing

· Liaise effectively with clients, suppliers and sub-contractors

· Constantly supervise, control and co-ordinate works according to project plans to ensure timeliness and high quality standard

· Co-ordinate defects servicing and maintenance works

· Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications:

· Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience

· Recognized qualifications in interior design or equivalent

· Able to work under pressure and experience in leading and managing multiple projects within tight timelines

· Positive working attitude, resourceful and possess good communication and interpersonal skills

· Good team player and a keen desire to learn, contribute, advance and progress with the firm
