Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Coordinates with vendor and internal stakeholders to ensure clients' project logistics service requirements are met.
• Manages good relationships with carriers, 3PL project logistics vendors, and overseas agents to augment profitability and maximize service delivery.

Requirements:

• Customer service, project management, and operational freight forwarding experience in freight forwarder/logistics industry, preferably in a project logistics capacity (shipping/marine industry).
• Self-motivated with a positive can-do mindset. A confident personality with a successful track record in handling clients' total logistics needs.
• Experience in logistical demands and patterns of key industries, specifically the marine/shipping verticals.
