An industry-leading gallery in Singapore seeks a Creative Digital Project Manager to drive innovative marketing strategies. This role combines project management and digital marketing expertise, focusing on Web3 technology and collaboration with artists. Ideal candidates will be organized, innovative, and passionate about merging art with technology.
The Role
You will play a key role in developing innovative digital solutions and executing marketing strategies to enhance the art industry. Working alongside a dynamic team of gallerists, artists, designers, and developers, you will be part of this impactful projects that merge creativity with technology.
Project Management
Project Manage and implement a new Web3 base site.
Define project milestones, track deliverables, and ensure timely execution.
Work closely with the development team to resolve technical challenges.
Engage with artists and clients to integrate their work into digital initiatives.
Establish partnerships with artists, brands, art fairs, and industry stakeholders to foster a thriving global ecosystem.
Research and execute SEO and SEM strategies to drive online traffic and visibility.
Digital Marketing
Implement digital marketing strategies to promote exhibitions, projects, and artists across various platforms. Manage social media channels, create engaging content, and analyse performance metrics to optimize reach and engagement on the Web3 site .
Collaborate with public relations teams and media outlets to enhance the gallery’s visibility.
Engage with art institutions, museums, schools, and cultural organizations to build strategic partnerships.
Work closely with collectors, corporate clients, and partners to strengthen the gallery’s presence and reputation.
Develop and manage press releases for both local and international media outlets.
Research & Innovation
Explore emerging technologies such as Web3.0, blockchain, smart contracts and NFT marketplaces, and their applications in the art industry.
Conduct market analysis and propose innovative digital solutions aligned with evolving trends.
Additional Duties
Draft grant applications, investment proposals, and presentations for key stakeholders.
Handle administrative and operational tasks as required.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Technology and Engineering, Digital Project Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital project management, ideally within the art or creative industries.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media management, SEO, SEM, and content creation.
Familiarity with Web 3.0 technologies and a keen interest in emerging digital trends.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or web development is a plus.
